Kelly Mulderry
Kelly Mulderry, an Advisor at OMBI, specializes in family governance, business plans and strategic planning for family businesses. Mrs. Mulderry has developed corporate portfolio strategies for multi-business conglomerates, created business unit strategies, and identified growth strategy alternatives including acquisitions targets for a number of diverse corporate clients. Mrs. Mulderry has extensive experience in construction, manufacturing, hospitality, travel, real estate and service industries.
As a Research Associate at Harvard Business School, Mrs. Mulderry is researching how family businesses and families in business develop coordinated strategies, how private companies revamp their business governance and how the challenges of raising children in wealthy families should be addressed. Mrs. Mulderry is also a Family Facilitator at Harvard's executive education program, Families in Business: From Generation to Generation, which examines pivotal issues facing family businesses. A fifth generation member of her own family business, Mrs. Mulderry understands the advantages and pressures facing families in business.
Mrs. Mulderry earned her MBA from Harvard Business School. She completed her undergraduate work at Colgate University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with honors.
