Florence Tsai
Florence Tsai, an Advisor with OMBI, has had extensive experience developing strategic plans for US and foreign multi-nationals that address key facets of business growth, including technology investment roadmap, market expansion program, and acquisitions strategy. Ms. Tsai has helped corporate clients identify acquisition targets, assisted with due diligence, and structured acquisition financing. She has expertise in international business expansions and cross border M&A.
As a General Manager in her in-law’s family business, Ms. Tsai was instrumental in repositioning the business focus to fit the talents and interests of the second generation as well as changing market demands. She was responsible for asset divestitures, reallocation of capital, and new business development.
Ms. Tsai was formerly a consultant at McKinsey & Co. and an investment banking professional at Goldman Sachs private equity and M&A. She earned her MBA from Harvard Business School, MPA from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and BA Magna Cum Laude in Economics from Harvard College.
